Late Night Beauty Salon set up our school in 2023 as a way to give back to the local community. Seeing an opportunity to support local women, our Community Interest Company (CIC) is dedicated to empowering individuals through high-quality education, while giving back to the community we serve. Established with a mission to create opportunity, confidence, and inclusion, we provide training in business, beauty, nails, and aesthetics for people of all backgrounds.
Through our inclusive and supportive environment, we help students gain the skills and confidence needed to build successful careers in the beauty industry, either as a full time career, or a side hustle!
As a CIC, our profits are reinvested into local projects that uplift underrepresented and disadvantaged individuals — including youth engagement programs, free masterclasses and workshops and subsidised training for those facing financial difficulty.
